Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of our construction projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the project, from initiation to completion. Your strong leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and in-depth knowledge of construction processes will be crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee the entire construction project lifecycle, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budget estimates, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.
• Manage project contracts, procurement activities, and vendor/subcontractor selection processes.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key milestones, progress, and budget updates.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, including mentoring and coaching team members as needed.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Proven work experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, managing medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and manage budgets effectively.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on motivating and inspiring team members to achieve project goals.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are desirable.
