Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp Designer to join our dynamic team. As a designer, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp software. Your expertise in these programs will play a crucial role in translating conceptual designs into functional and visually appealing architectural plans. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop architectural designs and translate them into accurate and comprehensive drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Create 2D and 3D models, renderings, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure that all drawings and designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Modify and revise existing designs as per project requirements and incorporate feedback from team members and clients.
• Collaborate with the project team to review and evaluate design proposals, offering suggestions and recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation, ensuring version control and efficient retrieval of design information.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in architectural design software and techniques.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, design, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp software is essential.
• Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate and precise drawings.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
